OUR PHILOSOPHY

Being financially independent is not a new idea. In Australia, individuals and families have struggled to gain financial independence for decades. With the cost of living rising rapidly it’s more important than ever to make the right decisions with your money.

Principle Tax Strategist

Both a Director and co-founder of Bayswater Financial, Baydr has 17 years’ experience working as an accountant and running tax advisory firms both domestically and internationally. Having specialised in clients who work in creative industries, Baydr recognised the need to help his clients get their finances in order. Most of his clients where talented, but they lacked financial knowledge and confidence.

Baydr wants to help his clients reach their financial goals and educate them as they grow into their careers. As the principle co-founder of Bayswater Financial, Baydr decided to start Bayswater Financial to provide his clients with additional Financial services beyond the traditional tax and accounting services.

He has put together a team of industry specialists to meet the growing needs of his clients, giving Bayswater a truly holistic approach to financial planning.

Baydr has two children and loves spending time with his family down the beach.

Financial Advisor

Ben has spent over a decade working in financial services. He is an experienced adviser with considerable experience across all areas of financial advice including financial planning strategies, investment advice (direct and indirect), superannuation, retirement planning and wealth accumulation.

Ben wants to help his clients reach their financial goals and educate them as they grow into their careers. As the principle co-founder of Bayswater Financial, Baydr decided to start Bayswater Financial to provide his clients with additional Financial services beyond the traditional tax and accounting services.

Ben has a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics (Sydney University), a Diploma of Financial Planning, an Advanced Diploma in Financial planning, and is a self-managed superannuation accredited specialist. He is a member of the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) and the SMSF Professionals’ Association of Australia (SPAA).

He enjoys fishing and tries and get out for a surf as often as possible.

Tax Specialist

Heba has been working in tax and accounting since 2006. Heba studied business at the University Of Newcastle. She has experience in administration, accounting and tax, and particularly enjoys interacting with and helping clients

Currently undertaking further studies specialising in Self-Managed Super Funds, Heba loves being a part of the Bayswater financial team looking after all client administration.

Heba enjoys the outdoors and loves to cook for and spend time with her family on the beautiful Central Coast.

Financial Advisor, Assets & Insurance specialist.

Troy has been in the Financial Planning industry for almost 20 years and thoroughly enjoys assisting clients and staff to achieve their goals.

Troy has worked in all aspects of the industry whether that be as an Adviser, Paraplanner, Responsible Manager, Compliance Manager or Team Leading. This experience has given him a great understanding of the industry as a whole, and the benefits we can provide clients to helping them reach their goals.

Troy holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma of Financial Services.To assist clients further he has also obtained real estate accreditation.

He enjoys spending time with his three kids and is an avid sports fan, particularlytennis, AFL and NRL.

Tax strategist

Sharleen has been working in the financial services industry in both small and large corporations for the last two decades. She completed a Bachelor of Management majoring in Accounting at Newcastle University, and is currently undertaking her CA qualification.

Sharleen enjoys dealing with clients from all walks of life and offers training, set up and ongoing support with accounting and tax needs for small to large businesses.

She loves cooking and spending her weekends with her four beautiful children.
